Mama’s lemon and mint tea
Ingredients
Freshly squeezed Lemon
Fresh mint leaf
Green tea
Honey
Lime
Method
De-seed lemon and lime and squeeze juice into a tea cup , add tea bag and pour in steaming hot water, then drop in mint leaf with a spoon of honey and inhale deeply. Take a sip and inhale the fumes. Repeat process as much as possible. This tea is also great for weight loss.
