It's been confirmed that the Vice Chancellor of the university of Port Harcourt, Prof.Ndowa Lale, has sued the governing council of the instituition. This was after he was asked to resign and a new acting VC was purpotedly appointed in his place. The case was heard on the 31st of may,2016 and was adjourned till June 7th.
